Group Apparatus & Springboard
Group Apparatus can include the Tower, Cadillac, Reformer, Springboards & Chair. Classes will be limited to 8 people. Pre-registration is required! 3 people are needed for the class to run, 24 hr. cancellation policy. Bring your friends & journey toward your fitness goals. The Springboard provides spring resistance in order to build long lean muscles. Take your matwork to the next level and improve strength, posture, balance, flexibility and coordination. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down. The springs can be adjusted up and down to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercises. Work out side by side and get motivated and inspired by your classmates! |
